House Bill No. 4102 -- A BILL to amend and reenact §16-46-3 and §16-46-6 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend and reenact §60A-9-4 of said code, all relating to opioid antagonists; prescribing an opioid antagonist; possessing an opioid antagonist; dispensing an opioid antagonist; providing an opioid antagonist; collecting data related to an opioid antagonist; requiring certain reporting of an opioid antagonist; providing immunity; making technical changes.
